Irene Ingram-Bailey (Vice Chairman)

Ms. Ingram is the Director of the Prodigy Program, an after-school cultural arts program for youth between the ages of 7-17, serving Manatee and Sarasota counties. Ms. Ingram has over forty years of connectivity to Manatee County, and particularly to the revitalization district. Her professional career in Manatee County spans more than twenty years, in a variety of human service organizations in the private and non-profit arena. Most recently, she has worked with Manatee Glens and Manatee County Head Start. Ms. Ingram also serves on numerous boards throughout the community.
