Bradenton Village

Bradenton Village is the mixed income housing development which replaced Rogers Gardens, a public housing project within the redevelopment district that was consistently plagued with flooding. The Central Community Redevelopment Agency contributed funds to the Bradenton Housing Authority for this project, and the agency continues to contribute a portion of its revenues for infrastructure projects undertaken by the Bradenton Housing Authority, as set forth by Resolution 2-03.
