The CCRA recognizes that the most important asset within the district is the Residents and the CCRA is committed to the empowerment of the residents of central Bradenton.  The CCRA embraces a comprehensive yet compassionate approach to redevelopment that incorporates the elimination of blight, increased access to resources, increasing opportunities for housing, employment and business ownership. The CCRA believes that through strong and diverse partnerships as well as community participation in the redevelopment process the goals for the agency will be achieved and sustained.
